Returns:

The customer shall check the goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify Tilers Trade Tools of any defect, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. If the customer fails to comply with these guidelines, the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage. Tilers Trade Tools Freight charges incurred for goods being returned is on the onus of the sender/consigner, unless otherwise arranged and accepted by the Supplier. Goods returned for credit may be subject to rehandling charges and will be accepted only if returned in original condition. Goods must be returned in the same condition they are received. Goods will not be eligible for return if there is any further defect, damage and marking on the products.

A return can be made if:

  • The item is received is damaged
  • The item is not as described at purchase.

If your order complies with the above guidelines and you wish to request a refund or product exchange, please contact the Tilers Trade Tools Customer Service at: info@tilerstradetools.com.au 

After organising the return of the item(s) you will be emailed a return notice, we will send you the closest address for goods to be returned to our warehouse. If the return is due to an incorrect purchase you will be required to take our closest delivery address and ship the product at your expense. (Email us for closest address with your invoice #)

Once the item(s) has been received a Customer Service agent will make contact and action the return within 2-3 business days. If a refund is applicable it will be processed immediately after contact has been made and finalised.

Incorrect Purchases

If an incorrect purchase was made by the Clients and the product is undemanded, we will be happy to accept a return so long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is unused, in original new condition and in its original packaging. A 3-5% Transaction fees will be applied on an incorrect purchase, as this fees will come from the third parties.

If the return is due to an incorrect purchase you will be required to ship the product at your expense to our closest warehouse, ask for closest warehouse prior to shipping.

In the event of an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be sent within 2-3 business days of receipt of the original item(s). An invoice should be included when items are being returned.

Refund Method:

If a refund is applicable it will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed through credit card refund, bank transfer, , or PayPal refund depending on how you made your purchase when you done your purchase it also depends whether the fund is settled yet or not.
